The Ishida TSC-AS seal checker is designed to receive packs directly from the bagmaker checking for any possible leakage caused by defective sealing.
This same unit is also checking for incorrect pack inflation, discarding any defective packs which would otherwise continue further into the production process.
Operating in-line and using a non-destructive method of pack testing any leakage down to the equivalent hole size of 3mm will be detected at speeds of up to 150bpm.
