Handling the pressure of leak detection
The QC220 seal tester is a premium seal integrity tester, designed to test sealed bags, flow-wrapped trays or lidded trays that do not contain CO2.
As well as detecting significant leaks in your packs, it can pick up on issues in the sealing process, to help you optimise production.
The seal tester applies gentle but rapid pressure to each pack, after a preliminary smoothing and conditioning to prepare for package leak testing.
Any rapid drop in pressure is automatically detected by sensors in the test head. This indicates a pack integrity problem and leads to rejection.

The Vision system verifies the labels of your products. It can read numbers, barcodes and 2D codes, and check they are legible for retailers and consumers. The Vision System uses the QC220 to remove any non-compliant packs from your output, protecting your reputation and brand.
